Workshop
Responsible union transformation
Tap into the potential of digital technologies while respecting member privacy and rights.
This workshop will introduce a tool we have created that is aimed at supporting your union’s digital transformation. We will be looking at how can we tap into the potentials of digital technologies, but responsibly and in respect of your members privacy and fundamental rights.
Benefits
Unions can greatly benefit from using digital technologies to organise, campaign and bargain. But the traps are many. Using the purpose built Digital Impact Framework actively and strategically will put your union in a position to ask the right questions to successfully and sustainably transform, reap the benefits and avoid the traps of digital technologies.
